Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
sueing my boss
My boss humiliated me in front of many customers and physically worked me to a pulp despite the fact that I could've been helped my a co-worker. He pushed me to my limit both physically an mentally without cause or need. Should I sue him for making me go throught such an experience

Re: sueing my boss
Proving a cause of action for intentional infliction of emotion distress in Texas is extraordinarily difficult. Even if you could find an attorney to pursue it, I would doubt that they would be willing to take the case on contingency (i.e., you would need to pay that attorney on an hourly basis).
Unless your case is extraordinary, it may not be worth pursuing.
