taxes and liens Husband and/or wife
I own my home, it is only in my name not my husbands. He is self employed. Is my home safe from all his business dealings and monies he may owe (taxes, liens)?

It depends on whether you were still making mortgage payments while married. You should consult an attorney to take steps to protect your assets.
