My question is, what is are companys leagel right.
We are a HVAC company and serviced a unit back in 8-9-2007 sent a invoice and never receved payment. We called, refaxed & was told to give them time and they would pay by December but nothing as of now. What can we do to collect this money that is owed to the company for we had already paid for the parts that where in staled.

Re: Theft of Services
Theft requires a criminal intent - not usually present for failure to pay a bill. You will have to sue them. Many lawyers do this for a percentage of the amount collected. good Luck.
