Sheila owns a bakery and wanted to obtain a contract with jesse who has a tea shop. so Sheila creates a very persuasive ad on television that made john decide to brake his contact for several yearls with hutchins bakery, so that he can patronize Shelia's Bakery. Is Sheila Liable to Hutchins bakery for the tort of wrongful interference with a contractual relationship? Is John liable for this tort? For anything?

This is a law-school question, right? Here's the answer:
Sheila has done nothing wrong, and is not liable to anyone. John is liable to Hutchins for breaching his contract with Hutchins.
