Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Trademark Issue
I have trademarked our company name/logo. Another company in the same city is using a similar name (my company name is plural, they have same name in singular). We both serve the same industry. I have been using this name since 2003, they started in 2006. Do I have any recourse?

Depending upon all the facts, you might be able to get an injunction.

Re: Trademark Issue
The facts are enough that you should hire an attorney. We have brought cases for clients with similar fact patterns in the past. However, before having an opinion on what you could obtain, there are more facts the lawyer would want to know.
