How do I transfer a Power of attorney in Texas?
As above, I am POA for an elderly aunt Texas. I need to trasfer it to another family member. How do I achieve this?

You cannot unless the PofA provides for it. Otherwise the aunt will have to execute a new PofA in favor of whomever she wants to appoint.
