Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Tuition Reimbursment
My company has me in ''Golden Handcuffs'' I'm being requiered to repay tuition reimbursment because I'm leaving the company before the agreed upon time limit, while others have been allowed to leave without repayment. Do I have an argument that the policy is not being equally adminstered?

Sand they'll probably say the circumstances are different; they probably just want to keep you more than the others. But you did sign a contract and that will hard to get around.
