Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Ucc
If you have filed a UCC to perfect your lien on accounts receivable, would there be any reason to require your debtor to NOT have any other liens that include A/R after yours ? If there were liens filed after yours, would it even be possible for the Secured Party after you to subordinate A/R ?
