Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Unincorporated Association of Persons
What is an unincorporated association of persons? How do you form one? What are the advantages ,if any? This would have to do with 5 persons running a business. Thanks

Re: Unincorporated Association of Persons
An "Unicncorporated Association of Persons" is only available to those conducting a non-profit business or those who are professionals (e.g., doctors) wishing to partner w/ other identical professionals. It is not available as a general for-profit business entity. I'd be happy to help you with your business formation needs. I specialize in providing flat-fee legal services for start-up companies.
