Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
We had a verbal agreemet and a actual contract was suppose to be inforced which they never did 10/13.I was told that my partnership was no longer enforce on Jan 1/2014 there was 2 others partners and we would split 33 percent 3 ways in a company that never happened i got a few checks but was not paid 33 percent of total income .

You would need to give a bit more information. Generally if you own a business and its registered as a general partnership, limited partnership, or LLP AND you don't have a partnership agreement the default rules governing partnership apply. I would suggest contacting a business lawyer to provide more facts to. Our office handles matters in Texas but we also have colleagues in Texas who do the same.
