Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
verbal contracts for services
we are an an employment service with legal status as an LLC and have provided a large national company (who has stated to be our client) a written contract which they have not signed as of yet but have called us repeatedly to send resumes to be reviewed. They have now hired 3 people behind our backs after accepting our resumes and stating they wanted to do business with us, even sending us job orders to fill. Please tell me what our recourse is.

Re: verbal contracts for services
Based on what you have stated, it appears that you may have a claim against the large national company for acceptance of the agreement despite the large national company not signing the agreement. My law firm would require more specific facts on your case to properly advise you. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
