Using Voice without permisiion

I have not worked at this particular company for over 3 years and they are still using my voice on their answering machine. I never signeda contract stating they could use my voice, much less after I left the place. Do I have a case if I try to pursue something with them, or what can I do.

Celebrities, known for their voice, have a cause of action if their voice is used without their permission. I don't believe you fit into that category, and you gave them permission to use your voice when you made the recording.
