Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
is my warranty valid
I had my car repaired. the part repaired malfucntion. i took my car back to the shop, but it was closed down. however there was another shop which was the same business. they refused to enforce my warranty. Is my warranty invalid because the work was done at another shop, or am i able to use it. so there is know confusion shop 1 is to shop 2 just like ''walmart'' store 1 is ''walmart'' store 2'' . my claim is not against walmart, however.

It all depends upon the specific language of the warranty, as well as the business ownerships. If the warranty is written by a franchise, then any franchisee should honor the warranty.
