Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
my wife and i are having marital problems. we are not seperated,we live together. she was looking for an insurance agent. the one she found made improper advances toward her. she hired him. they now call each other, and text message each other. can i sue him.

You don't have a cause of action against the insurance agent. Texas used to have a cause of action called "alienation of affection," but it's been abolished. See section 1.107 of the Texas Family Codel
