Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I work for a company that does delivery of groceries, that we purchase at walmart and sams every day. I think that the business is very simple so I decided that I want to start my own little delivery company. My question is if my boss could sue my for doing the same business.

No. Unless you signed some sort of non-competition agreement, you can't get in trouble for starting your own business. Good luck; remember that you should have a website if you're going into business (people expect it).
If you steal his customer list, or try to lure away his customers, you could get in trouble.
