Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Work Expense fees
Hi, I am owed about 1,300 in travel expense from the previous company I worked for. Basically I drove back and forth putting 700 miles on my car every week for work. I have been paid about 400 in expenses and am still waiting on the left over. They keep informing me it will ''be next week''.
I have copies of the expense reports and the client's word showing the travel did occur plus the check stubb for the paid amount.
Is there anything that can be done besides hassel them?
