Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I have an 8 month old baby boy. His father and I got separated when he was born. He is not on child support or on any court order. He does help me out with the baby's needs. Lately he has been threatening me on calling the police, regarding on me not having a drivers license or no insurance and even deporting me, so i won't be with my son. I don't feel safe now, knowing some of his threats can affect me and my son. What can i do?

Stop talking to him.
You should't have any relationship at all with someone who makes threats against you. He's lowlife trash, and you can tell him I said so.
And go ahead and contact the Attorney General and have them file a paternity suit.
