Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I am 21 and I went to stay the night with my fiance. My parents said that I needed to return the $300 that they gave me and that I'm not allowed back in their house. They refuse to give my things I paid for back. Can I get charged with theft for going to get my things and keeping the money.

No. If they gave you a gift, they cannot later claim theft if they get mad and demand it back. It was a gift at the time. If it is a loan, you will have to repay it but it is not a theft or crime.
If they told you cannot come in their house, you cannot go in their house. They can try to have you arrested for trespassing (although most cops will not take such a case.)
I would suggest contacting local police and ask for an escort to obtain your items from you former home.
