Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
It has been 6 years now that i still recieve three to five calls a day from collections, how long can this continue before either they need to file in a court of law or the statue of limitations plays a role? Thank you Joe

The statute of limitations on debts is (generally) four years - calculated from the last date that you paid or promised to make a payment.
When they call, you should simply tell them that you are not going to pay the debt, and then hang up.
Better yet: Get a survival whistle. When they call, blow the whistle (it will hurt your ears).
