Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

Hello, I am 41 years old and would like to work at a federal prison. They will not hire me if I am over 37. How can this be? The government is the one who tells all people you cannot be denied a job because of age, race religion or sex?

No doubt govt cannot denied but there is a set format for all else even a person of 120 year will appear and say i m legible.

If the house is in the name of your daddy's wife and it is purchased by her own income then she can.

You can restrin them as per agreement.

File a suit for partition and engage any local lawyer he will guide you properly.
