Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
animal control violations
the police broke down my door to aid animal control agents searching for roosters (not legal in city limits). none were found but agents used this to proceed against me on other issues. have my rights to privacy and protection against unreasonable search been compromised. this is an ongoing issue including citations for multiple violations and warrents for arrest, etc. replies for remedy appreciated.

Re: animal control violations
Your rights may have been violated.
I would want to know if they had a warrant for the animals and your home. If they didn't they most likely violated your constitutional rights.
