Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

If you are on an apartment lease with someone and made to leave with only your clothes, and told by the other person on the lease that you are to call the apartment office immediately and have yourself removed from the lease, are you entitled to the rest of your belongings in that apartment?

Who made you leave? Was it your roommate?

Go to the apartment office and tell them you've been locked out of your apartment. When they let you in, get your stuff.

And then sue the jerk who used to be your roommate.
