Apartment Tenant
Can your landlord give you back partial payment on your deposit due to normal wear on the walls? No holes. No marks. No scratches. Just needed normal touch up painting.

Re: Apartment Tenant
Hello there,
Normal wear and tear is just that "normal wear and tear" and is not something that you deposit can be deducted for. This is discussed in detail in the Texas Property Code.
Sincerely,
Erick Platten
