Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
my boyfriend was charge with theft, but he never left the company building with the idems..can we still fight the case???

Not having left the building is not a defense. Most people who shoplift do not get out of the store before they are stopped.
He needs to hire a lawyer.
