My boyfriend's sister lives with us and we are wanting her to leave Now. What are the legal aspects surrounding putting her out?

Start off by asking her nicely. Go get some boxes, and when she comes home, let her find them stacked in the living room. Offer to help her pack. Offer to help her find a new place. Offer to help her move (go to U-Haul and price some rental trucks ... show her the brochures).
If being nice doesn't work, file a forcible entry & detainer action with the Justice Court.
