Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I was looking for a car but my credit score was bad, so me and my husband end it up in a used car store. We found what we were looking for and gave a down payment of 6000 dollars. But when we started to do the contract they were taking too long and they told us to get the auto insurance with them but it was too high. So now me and my husband dont want the car no more but we want our money back, but they said they coulnt give it to us no more. So the question is, what can we do about it?

One thing, but not the only thing, to do is to file a Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act claim.
