Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
My car was towed, and I believe one of the conditions (sign) was illegal; how can I be sure, and what option do I have in the state of Texas.

Hire a lawyer to research the legality of the sign and challenge the parking ticket. Or you could research yourself.
It's doubtful that you will prevail in a municipal court on this issue and it will probably cost you more to defend against the ticket than what you paid for the ticket and to retrieve your car from impound.
