Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
i was caught shoplifting from a store and i didnt have to sign anything and they didnt call the cops but they told me i would get something in the mail tellin me about a fine i would have to pay what should i do

I think they're bluffing. And I think they don't know what "due process is." Don't pay any "fines."
