what rights do a person when so one of the white race call you CENSORED in a public place such as country dairy queens or vfw bars and etc. ????????
please let me know if i should all ways take these racial slur;s ???????????? thank you very much !!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the rights of all Americans to freedom of speech outweigh the rights of those who desire to not be offended. It is unfortunate that certain persons in this world have such a lack of self esteem and lack of respect for others that they must resort to such slurs. However, from a legal standpoint, I don't see anything too actionable. However, if you are interested in pursuing some form of legal action, I recommend that you seek a consult with a civil rights attorney who can better advise you.
