Name change to maiden during divorce as respondent
How can a respondent file to have her name changed back to maiden name during divorce? On the divorce response papers or can it be added (typed on) to the
final decree before the judge signs it.

Re: Name change to maiden during divorce as respondent
In the response [Answer] to the Petition for Divorce the Respondent requests the restoration of her maiden name [or former married name] and it is included in the Decree when the Judge signs it and is effective from the time of the filing of the Decree into the future.
