cheerleading discrimination
Because I will transfer schools at the end of the school year from a Louisiana to Texas high school, can the Texas High School prohibit my daughter from trying out because she is not a current student at the Texas High School?

Courts uniformly hold schools can limit activity to its students...if not they could have all sorts of claims from nonstudents..
