my child only miss ten days fro school out the whole year italk to trhe attendance lady a school she told me not to worry about it an now im going to court for i what should i do

You need to get ready for court.
For each day of absence (three tardies count as a full day's absence), try to remember WHY your child was absent. This is important.
If you like, you can demand a jury trial when you first go to court (don't let them talk you out of it).
