Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

Co-habitation rights

My friend invited a woman and her 2 daughters to move into his home. The relationship didn't work out and he wants her to move out - but she refuses to leave. His 12-yr old son is bi-polar and ADHD and this woman and her daughters (13 & 16) bully him and treat him badly. His son's therapist advised him to get the woman out of his home for his son's health. Now she is threatening to give his ex-wife some personal information to use against him in a custody battle for his son. Also she has his bank account and pin numbers, social security number, etc. that she can use to leave him with huge debts. This woman is vicious. He's scared to death of losing his son. He has never talked to this woman about marriage. Can you please tell me what recourse this man has?

Re: Co-habitation rights

He can use self help and simply move her things out! I assume he has the lease in his name. He can also bring a suit for a writ of possession, in which case he will establish his right and her lack of right to occupy the premises. Upon the issuance of the writ, the Sherrif can serve a notic to vacate. If she does not, she can be locked out. Which takes you to the same place as simply self help.
