Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
I just went to a concert in Woodland Texas. The parking was limited so I parked it the Woodlands Mall parking lot with on issues, Tinsel Town had parking rope off for customers only. There were NO permanent signs stating that it was for customers only. Is it legal for Tinsel Town to restrict access to a public parking facility ?

Even though that parking lot is generally open to the public it is not public parking. It is private property.
