Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Condo Management daughter of owners
The daughter of a homeowner husband and wife is now the management company of one person for our condo complex. Many of her decisions come from her father who seems to have now control of complex is this not a conflict of interest for other homeowners such as myself. She is also interfering with personal matters and seems to have complete control. She is having many unnecessary changes tomy property and refuses to listen to my pleas to not interfere with the outside part of my property. She dislikes me and this affects her treatment of me and she has talked badly and told lies about me.

Go to Condo bylaws, etc...and you may be able to call a meeting to get her fired..OR hire a lawyer to review the documents with you...and get advice
