Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Contract violation
I had a contract with another co-worker to an she is in violation of the contract that w had drawn up and had notirized in the State of Texas validatin that she would pay a car payment of $350 an the last monday of the month and the insurance on the 1st payment of 90.00. Since I have be deployed to another base in Korea she has yet to make payment and I dont have a vehicle to return b/c we agreed that she would take over payment of the vehicle upon my return but I need to protect myself from her not being able to hold up her share of the written agreement. So how should I go about either collecting my car back or payment?

Re: Contract violation
Hi there,
I understand your frustration. You need professional help here and that would begin with simply drafting a demand letter by an attorney letting her know you can sue her for breech of contract.
If you have any questions or need help don't hesitate in contacting me.
