Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
co-workers email and intent.
An employee I worked with compiled a list of customer complaints with the intent to provide the employer / management information that would paint me in an unfavorable light in the work I did for the company. I did not have knowledge of complaints and do have the letter as part of my employee file. This information was compiled and used to terminate me for unsatisfactory performance. The letter was drafted on Sept 12, and then i was fired the next day. I had no verbal or written warning about any situations on or before Sept 13th. I did not know my performance was in question.

If you have the letter..and it is not true you have a claim for libel..Does coemployee have any money? or homeowners insurance may pay..but lawsuits are expensive..
