Can cps barge in your home on speculation instead of actual facts and threaten to take u to court if u don't comply with them?

They can't barge into your home (nobody can) without a warrant. If they try, you can treat them just as you would any other trespasser - the same way you'd treat a druggie or thug who barged into your house.
Threats? Of course they can threaten you. Anybody can make a threat. Tell them to go to hell.
