Credit Card Suit *Urgent Response^ please
I got some papers from a man at my door yesterday.....from Capital One Bank, evidently they are suinging me this has been turned over to County Clerk of Bexar County, TX Gerard Rickhoff San Antonio, 78205 Rosa gonzalez I am moving today. I don't have the money for this. My parents are passed away, 2 brother, and a sister. I think I used that credit card for purposes for those matters. I am a single parent....Stress is what I'm under now and don't know what to do? can you please help me? Sandra PS The movers will be here in one hour and this computer is gettting disconnected. I still have to pack.....

You need to answer this lawsuit and see if you can negotiate an amount that you can handle. Otherwise, you will be facing a judgment for the full amount, interest and attorneys' fees.
