Being discharge without good reason
I was dischraged from my job. And I always felt that the Manager just did not like me. And I would like to know is it true that in Texas, Employers can fired you without just cause. Also,what what is the criteria for age or sex discrimination?

In Texas the employment at will doctrine allows an employer to terminate an employee for almost any reason; however, there are some prohibitions. For example, an employer cannot terminate an employee becuase of his or her race or national origin. Furthermore, if the employer is a governmental unit, then there are other considerations that the employer must keep in mind when terminating an employee.
