Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

discrimination

daughter was caught in school with marijuana in car , pot was not hers but had to take blame for it since she took car to school. Similar incident happens at same school but the girl states that what was found was not hers, it was her brothers. Why did she get away with it and when my daughter said it wasn't hers it didn't matter because she took the car to school,so did this other girl but she didn't have to take the blame now. She did have the car, and to my understanding whoever is driving the vehicle is responsible. What steps can I take.

Re: discrimination

That is not a legal question as stated. Are you abd your daughter a minority in that school? ie Black, Brown, or White?...where is the school?...BUT you don't defend a crime by saying someone else committed the same crime or broke the same rule and was not punished. Now if it is a pattern to only punish people like you or your children..for the absolutely same instances..you may have discriminatio but it is not a case ;awuers will take on contingency..but if you have enough money..one may accept investigate and ttell you your chances
