Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Discrimination or not?
I ordered a pizza from Domino's last night...err tried to. The guy taking the order asked for my work number. (in order to take my check) I explained that i am handicapped and cannot work, however i do have a valid income as i recieve social security/disability each month. Not to mention I've been writing checks to Dominoes for years. And have never had a bad credit rating. My checks are as good as anybody's but because I am unable to physically hold a job they will not take my check. So no pizza for me. I would love to make them change this policy. There are millions of people in my same situation. please advise.
