Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
dress code prohibits earrings by Male students
The school my son goes to prohibits male students from wearing earrings. This is not a district wide rule, only at this particular middle school.
In fact the school seems to hunt for students not in compliance.
This clearly falls within gender bias in a public school and should be protected.
What is the bast way to fight this discrimination?
