Employer jurisdiction
Can my employer legally prohibit (i.e., threaten with termination) me from communicating with another one of its employees OUTSIDE of work hours regarding NON-WORK related matters?

Unless the employee has a contract, an employer can fire for any reason...as stated, it is my opinion an employer can tell you it will fire you...for almost anything...except race, religion, sex, etc..
