Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
My ex-husband and I have joint custody of our boys. I gave him a notarized letter stating that he had temporary custody until further notice. One of our boys wants to live in Kansas and the other is here in San Antonio with me. In our divorce decree it states the only I have the exclusive right to decide where their permanent residence is. So I am attempting to enroll my younger boy in school and his dad put that I am not allowed to receive any of their school information. How do I go about getting some court order to be able to get the school information and be able to enroll my son in San Antonio.
