Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
falsely accused and your job
I am being falsely accused of raping my MR sister-in-law and now my work is letting me go. Is this legal? I can prove I didn't commit this crime, yet, now I am being fired.

Re: falsely accused and your job
Your employer has no legal duty to keep you on the job..you can be fired, with our without cause unless you have a contract...as to the false accusaion..you may have acase against your sister in law...but it is expensive
