How do I file charges on an instructor, and how do I know if I have a case against him?

Contact a trial lawyer in your area. If you don't know any, your local bar association will provide you with a list of names. Most lawyers offer a 30 minute initial consultation and case evaluation at no cost. Ask when you call for an appointment.
