Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas
Can I file a physical domestic violence case on many incidents that occurred 7 years ago, I was always too scared to report them but now I am ready for all of this to stop.

The statute of limitations has run on misdemeanor levels of assault. If it happens now, report it immediately and the history of the assaults can be used against the assailant in punishment.
