If you were fired because you filed the sexual harassment claim or your former employer said they fired you for violating the code of conduct when they really fired you for filing a sexual harassment claim then you may have a separate claim for discriminatory retaliation. You should speak to a local employment lawyer about your claims because you have a very limited time to take action to preserve and pursue your claims.
