Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Texas

The filing of several false police reports by my ex-wife

My ex-wife has filed several false police reports against me. She will call the police and report things that are completely untrue. They come and write a report, and in some cases will file charges, that I have to fight. All she has to do is file a report, and then I have to prove my innocence. It is July 14, 2001, and since June 1, 2001, she has filed 6 police reports against me in three different cities. Is there anything I can do to protect myself, and any course of action I can take against her for the filing of these false reports? Thank you

I have been able to get a restraining order from a court in this type of case before. However, to get one is long and tough. If you are in the Austin/ San Antonio area I would love to talk to you.
